The Rear Axles on this platform suffer from corrosion and wear in the bushes. Axles have been known to fracture and crack where the bush housing meets the main body of the axle. When this happens, the vehicle loses all rear suspension and the ride height drops dramatically causing the wheel to rub in the arch.

This axle is pre-fitted with bushes to make installation much easier. The axle comes with a 5-year warranty on the body and the bush. Used axles will have the same corrosion as your current axle. With the corrosion damage unrepairable this new axle is an affordable option.
